 Nama : Ayu Wandira  Kelas  : 3EA09 NPM  : 11219217                                                           Dampak Pandemi Covid terhadap MSDM       Bulan Maret 2020, WHO mengumumkan bahwa dunia sedang menghadapi suatu pandemi yang disebut dengan Corona Virus Infectious Disease 2019 atau COVID-19(Li et al., 2020). Pandemi COVID-19 berawal dari wabah pneumonia yang terjadi di Kota Wuhan,Provinsi Hubei, Cina di awal bulan Desember 2019. Wabah tersebut terjadi di sebuah kluster pasar yang menjual berbagai jenis daging binatang. Wabah tersebut diduga berasal dari daging salah satu binatang yang dijual di pasar tersebut dan menginfeksi sebagian orang yang berada di pasar tersebut.  3.  Jelaskan perbedaan antara  pasar uang dan pasar modal , termasuk contoh-contoh instrumen   pasar uang dan pasar modal   ? jawaban : perbedaan pasar uang dan pasar modal yaitu :  1. Dari Segi Instrumen yang Jelas Berbeda. Perbedaan pasar uang dan pasar modal sangat terlihat dari segi instrumen atau produk investasi yang dihadirkan. Selain itu, objek pertukarannya pun juga berbeda. Adapun instrumen dalam pasar uang yakni surat-surat utang, investasi real estate, dan deposito berjangka.
